New vented panels cut to the overhang, so the attic pulls air the way the roof was drawn to.

The old roof comes off and the decking underneath is exposed. This is where rot and hidden damage get found, and where you get shown before anything is covered.
Underlayment goes down. This is the layer that does the work when wind lifts a shingle, and it is the reason a roof survives the next named storm.
Shingle, metal, slate or tile goes on. Ventilation is set to the attic. Once payment is received, the project is completed within 24 hours.
