Heat-welded patches over cleaned, primed membrane. Each weld is probed along its length before the crew leaves.
Taped or bonded patches with primer. EPDM shrinks as it ages, so edges and corners are checked for pulling.
Torched or cold-applied cap sheet over the damaged area, lapped well past it, with granules matched where possible.
Gravel cleared, layers cut back and rebuilt in felt and bitumen, then the surface restored.
If repairs keep landing on the same roof year after year, the survey says so, and prices a re-roof beside the repair.
