The Call
You tell us what the roof is doing. Actively leaking goes to the emergency crew.
Most roofers hand you a one-line price. We hand you a photographed condition report, a labeled scope of loss, and a written estimate you can compare against anyone else in this city.
Between the humidity, the wind, and the claims process, a New Orleans roof fails in specific ways. Here is what usually brings people to us.
By the time water shows up inside, the leak has usually been running for weeks. We find the entry point, not just the stain, and tarp the same day.
Lifted shingles and cracked flashing are easy to miss from the ground and easy for an adjuster to under-scope. We photograph every slope.
A denial or a low number is usually a documentation problem. We give your adjuster measurements and photographs to work from.
Most quotes only price the part you can see. Ask any roofer what they are doing about the other three.
Residential and commercial. Nine roofing types. One in-house crew.

Every slope walked and photographed. Decking probed. Free, no obligation.
A line-item estimate you can hold next to any other quote in New Orleans.
Nothing is torn off before the shingles arrive. This is the step others skip.
Tear-off, decking repair, underlayment, new roof, then a magnet sweep.
Every photograph came off one of our own jobs. None of it is stock.
Real photographs from the company gallery. Captions are descriptive only — confirm the city and job type for each before launch.

On a standard residential roof, yes, once the materials are already on site. We do not tear off a roof we cannot finish. The inspection, the estimate, and the material order all happen first. The day on the roof is one day.
It is GAF’s WindProven Limited Wind Warranty, not ours: 15 years, no maximum wind speed limit and no named-storm exclusion. It applies when we install GAF Timberline shingles with LayerLock Technology plus at least four qualifying GAF accessories, so ask whether your roof qualifies and read the written terms before you sign.
We are roofers, not public adjusters, so we do not negotiate your claim. What we do is meet your adjuster on site, walk the roof with them, and hand over photographs, measurements, and a scope of loss so the decision gets made on evidence instead of a guess from the driveway.
It depends on square footage, pitch, material, and how much decking has to be replaced. Nobody can quote it honestly from a phone call. The inspection is free and the estimate is line-itemed, so you can see what each part costs before you decide.
Yes, licensed and insured in Louisiana. [License number to be published here once confirmed.] Ask any roofer for their number before they set foot on your property, especially after a storm.
Ask a roofer directly. No script, no call center.
Free inspection, written report, no obligation. If it can wait a year, we will tell you it can wait a year.
