Why homeowners call us second

Three Promises the
Next Roofer Will Not Make

Every roofer in this city says "trusted." These are the three things we will put in writing before you sign anything.

01

24-Hour Roof Replacement

Once your materials are on site, the tear-off and the new roof happen inside a day. Your house is not open to the sky overnight.

02

A Wind Warranty With No Speed Limit

We install the GAF system that carries WindProven: 15 years, no maximum wind speed, and no named-storm exclusion. Ask us to show you the terms before you commit.

03

We Walk the Roof With Your Adjuster

We do not promise your claim gets approved. We make sure the person deciding it has photographs, measurements, and a scope of loss.

What we do

Residential, Commercial,
and Every Roofing Type

One licensed crew. Shingle, metal, slate, tile, flat, torch down, single ply, built up, cedar shake.

Every roof we replace starts with one.

How it goes

Four Steps, No Surprises

From the first phone call to the magnet sweep. Nothing on this list happens without you knowing the price first.

01 Day one

We Look at It

A roofer gets on the roof, not just in the driveway. Every slope photographed and a written condition report in your hands before anybody says a number.

02 In writing

You Get a Number

A line-item estimate you can actually read. If it is an insurance job, a scope of loss goes with it in the format your adjuster works in.

03 Before tear-off

We Schedule Materials

Nothing comes off your roof until the materials are sitting on the property. That is the whole reason twenty-four hours is possible.

04 One day

One Day on the Roof

Tear-off, decking checked, leak barrier, deck protection, shingles, ridge cap, then a magnet sweep of the yard before anyone drives away.

Every one of these is free until you sign the estimate. That includes the inspection, the report and the scope of loss.

Straight Answers

Ask us anything before you sign

On a standard residential roof, yes, once the materials are already on site. We do not tear off a roof we cannot finish. The inspection, the estimate, and the material order happen first. The day on the roof is one day.

Two separate things. We cover our own workmanship. The wind coverage is GAF’s WindProven Limited Wind Warranty: a 15-year warranty with no maximum wind speed limit and no named-storm exclusion, which is exactly what most standard roofing warranties leave out.

It is not automatic on every roof. It applies when we install GAF Timberline shingles with LayerLock Technology plus at least four qualifying GAF accessories: starter strips, roof deck protection, ridge cap shingles, and either a leak barrier or attic ventilation. We tell you at the estimate whether your roof qualifies and what that costs.

[Confirm the company’s GAF certification level before publishing. WindProven requires a GAF certified or Master Elite contractor.]

We are roofers, not public adjusters, so we do not negotiate your claim for you. What we do is meet your adjuster on site, walk the roof with them, and hand over photographs, measurements, and a scope of loss so the decision is made on evidence.

No. The roof inspection and the written estimate are free, and there is no obligation afterward. We do not door-knock and we do not follow up more than twice.

Yes, both. Ask any roofer for their license number before they set foot on your property, and check it before you sign anything.

Still Have a Question?

Ask a roofer directly. No script, no call center.

The Same Crew From First Look to Final Sweep

Nothing is subcontracted. The people who inspect your roof are the people who tear it off, and the same people who sweep your driveway at the end.
